The Summerhill Restaurant offers fabulous cuisine in informal and comfortable surroundings, along with an extensive wine list to compliment your meal.
All our dishes are freshly prepared to order by our Head Chef, Mr Paul Fowler.
Our Set Seasonal Menu , a sample of which is below, features a wide selection of dishes which incorporate both seasonal and local produce. this menu is complemented by our Daily Menu which features dishes that change daily.
If you are staying Half Board, your 4 course evening menu is included in the cost of your stay. For guest choosing to stay on a Bed and Breakfast basis, we have individually priced our menu so that it caters for not only all tastes, but for all pockets too!
The Summerhill restaurant is open from 6.30pm and last orders are at 8.30pm. Breakfast is served from 8.00am to 10.30am on Mondays to Fridays and a relaxing 8am to 10am on Saturday and Sunday mornings. We can cater for early breakfasts from 7.00am by prior arrangement.
