Fine Dining in the Summerhill Restaurant

The Summerhill Restaurant offers fine dining in informal and comfortable surroundings, along with an extensive wine list to compliment your meal. All our dishes are freshly prepared to order by our Head Chef, Mr Ian Boynton and Executive Chef, Mr Mike Fuller.

Our Fine Dining Seasonal Menu, a sample of which is below, features a wide selection of dishes which incorporate both seasonal and local produce.  We also offer a Daily Menu with a selection of starters, main courses and sweets which are varied daily.

The Summerhill restaurant is open from 6.30pm and last orders are at 8.30pm.

Children are welcome to dine with parents in the Restaurant and choose from our Seasonal and Daily Menus. 

For a small charge both Breakfast and Dinner can be served in the comfort of your room.

Festival Bar
The newly refurbished Festival Bar features memorabilia from the Great Isle Of Wight Pop Festivals of 1968, 1969 and 1970. It offers a relaxed atmosphere with comfortable sofa seating throughout. The Bar serves a selection of liqueurs, beers and spirits as well as a varied cocktail menu for the more adventurous!

Quiet Lounge
Our Quiet Lounge, with its comfy seating and views to Brading Downs is a great place to relax either during the day with a good book, or to enjoy a speciality liqueur coffee after your dinner.
